Our commitment to you
We understand that what you're building here is irreplaceable. These are the promises we make — and keep — to every family who trusts us with their loved one's memory.
When you pay for an EverEcho memorial, that's it. No annual subscription, no renewal reminder, no risk of the memorial disappearing because a payment lapsed. We set aside £5 from every order into a dedicated hosting reserve fund — a ring-fenced pot that funds the cost of hosting all memorials in perpetuity.
Everything you upload — photographs, biography, timeline entries — belongs to you. At any time, you can request a full export of all memorial content in a standard format. We will never sell, license, or use your loved one's content for any purpose other than displaying their memorial.
We don't expect this to happen. But in the unlikely event that EverEcho ceases to operate, we commit to: giving you at least 90 days' notice; providing a complete downloadable archive of the memorial; and where possible, arranging transfer to a successor hosting provider at no cost to you.
We do not use advertising. We do not sell data. We do not track visitors to memorials for commercial purposes. Families who visit a memorial should feel that it is a respectful, private space — not a product.
We know that creating a memorial often happens during one of the hardest times in a family's life. If you need help — whether it's a technical question or just not knowing where to start — our team responds personally with dedicated email support.
Every order contributes £5 to our hosting reserve fund. This money is held separately from operating revenue and used solely to pay for the ongoing storage and delivery of all memorials on the platform. You can ask us at any time how the fund is performing.
